
Why is this valuable?
Whilst our built-in Business Intelligence tool, cuInsight, allows you to capture data and insights on just about everything, you can only extract the data at a point in time and then plan your Marketing campaigns manually.
With Account Monitoring, you set up the trigger/rule and communication copy just the once, and it will continuously monitor when a member meets this trigger and automatically send the communication. You only need to set up the program once and it will continuously send out your chosen communication to any member who meets that trigger.
An example of Account Monitoring in action
Targeting members who took out a car loan.
You can set up a trigger, e.g. search for members who took out a car loan exactly 4 years ago. You will then create a generic email/SMS/letter template for this campaign. This communication can be a marketing campaign to target these members with a new car loan, perhaps even offering a special rate for returning borrowers.
Scion will continuously run this selection in the background, automatically generating letters, or contacting members who meet the criteria via emails or SMS.
Your members will receive timely, personalised and relevant marketing campaigns (with their marketing consents taken into account of course).
