The 19th June 2024 saw our first in-person event in 5 years; the return of cuEngage Live!
Over 150 people gathered in the stunning and sustainable Dublin Royal Convention Centre to network, collaborate, and most importantly, discuss how to ‘Unlock the Next Generation Credit Union’.
The day consisted of 4 x engaging breakout sessions, led by a mix of Wellington IT staff and external speakers, which covered;
These breakout sessions proved to be extremely engaging, collaborative and valuable, with some brilliant actions and takeaways as tangible outputs.
We were delighted to also be joined by 20 industry partners to the Credit Union sector, all with one key focus in mind; helping Credit Unions grow and succeed.
During the welcome address, Ian Glenn, CEO at Wellington IT spoke of the importance of having third party partners as part of cuEngage Live!

Although an open approach to integration is not new at Wellington IT, over the past 12 months we have been focused on developing and adopting a standardised approach to how key services are technically delivered. This is critical to underpin our Credit Unions’ ecosystem approach and provide them with flexibility and choice.
The API gateway provides business process microservices, which enables the Wellington IT core system to be extended via API’s to integrate to third party systems. A wide range of integration capabilities will be supported at launch including:
