The partnership between Wellington IT and CustomerMinds will allow CustomerMinds to further unlock your Credit Union’s digital capabilities through a two-way, seamless integration with the Scion banking system.
The teams at CustomerMinds and Wellington IT have worked closely together to define a fully automated two-way integration between Which50 & SCION. With this integration, Credit Unions can now deliver a fully digital experience for members while increasing operational efficiencies and lowering costs for marketing and member servicing teams.
The integration facilitates an automated daily data extract from SCION to ensure that the Which50 platform is up to date with essential member data. This automated process, monitored by Wellington IT Shared Services, guarantees timely data extraction and delivery to CustomerMinds for processing, with no input required from the Credit Union.
A key part of the integration is the process for end-to-end member consent management which incorporates the real time update of Member consent back into SCION via API to maintain the system of record.
